Ich habe mir einen neuen 365 Business Account bei Microsoft geholt... an sich will ich nur Teams nutzen. Unsere Google eMail Adressen gehen da nicht, daher musste ich xxxxxx.onmicrosoft.com anlegen ....

You have deployed a tenant, however I would recommend the following steps to get fully up and running
1.) Add/Register domain
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/add-a-new-domain-in-microsoft-office-365-285437c3-d6c9-45cd-8b48-ed29c670c796#:~:text=In%20the%20Microsoft%20365%20admin%20center%2C%20choose%20Setup.,you%20want%20to%20add%2C%20and%20then%20select%20Next.
It is recommended to use a fully working domain, not the xxxx.onmicrosoft.com domain. The end result should be your users called username@yourdomain.com. Once you have added/registered the domain, apply it to your users. Also ensure your user has Exchange Online, SharePoint Online enabled in the licence as this will give you the best experience with Teams
2.) Turn on External Access in the Teams Admin Centre
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/manage-external-access#:~:text=%20There%20are%20three%20scenarios%20for%20setting%20up,with%20all%20external%20domains%20except%20the...%20More%20
This will allow you to talk to other Teams users in other tenants
3.) Turn on Guest Access in the Teams Admin Centre
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/set-up-guests
This will allow you to invite guests from outside your organisation to your Teams
Once you do all these three things you should be ready to go
Let me know how you get on. Hope that answers your question
Best, Chris
