Microsoft Teams
My client can receive calls in Microsoft Teams but it drops as soon as he picks up the call. But there's no problem when he calls me. I've performed uninstall/install method to fix the issue but that didn't help. How can this error be fixed? suggestions solutions will highly be appreciated. Thanks!

How does the client pickup? Is it with clicking on the button? Or is he/she accepting the call with a headset button?
