Microsoft Teams
My client can receive calls in Microsoft Teams but it drops as soon as he picks up the call. But there's no problem when he calls me. I've performed uninstall/install method to fix the issue but that didn't help. How can this error be fixed? suggestions solutions will highly be appreciated. Thanks!

How does the client pickup? Is it with clicking on the button? Or is he/she accepting the call with a headset button?
Can you also let me know if we are talking about a p2p voip call, or is it a PSTN call? have you tried reaching out to your company's IT Support Team?
- I have had experienced that when i was talking to one specific person in my org. However it was only occurring on May 5th.
