josef210 Is there an Office 365 subscription with any of those domains? If not, the only possible way is to contact support directly and they will help you figure it out.

I have the same issue as OP. We do have an Office 365 subscription tied to this domain, though Teams is not included. We want to evaluate Teams for use in our organization, but cannot log in. MS Support is referring me to this forum for help. Seems a catch-22.

Can you advice on how to reset the organization?

Maybe it helps to takeover the unmanaged AAD.
