AlexB Having deployed Teams to large chunk of users and activity involved in Teams projects i can tell you, this experience depends on below factors.
- Network optimization & capacity planning
- Bandwidth availability
- Depending how large the estate is Firewall/Proxy/SSL filtering etc...
A good place to start troubleshooting is as below if you are a tenant admin
- Call quality dashboards
- Teams --> network Planner.
I highly recommend having Powerbi modules published by Microsoft integrated with call quality dashboards for detailed reporting...
