Microsoft Teams "This app can't run on your PC"

Over the last two weeks we're starting to see a number of users have their installation of Teams become corrupt. When opening Teams they're getting a notification "This app can't run on your PC" our resolution has been simply downloading/reinstalling Teams but we'd like to avoid doing this 600+ times.

We're running Windows 10 x64 Enterprise, we deployed teams six+ months ago using the Teams system wide installer.
