Microsoft Teams Free account issue

I'm struggling accessing Microsoft team invites for work related meetings and today i was the only one from the Football Association guests who couldn't access the meeting. I think its linked to my free teams account that I set up without fully understanding it - I called it by my business 'Kinetics' and used my outlook email mailto:dean.whitehouse27@outlook.com.

So how can I delete microsoft teams and start again without closing my microsoft account and email because i need to access a meeting tomorrow that very important.
