Microsoft Teams - A like file already exists

Question

My school is using Teams for home learning.
It is working well except that when they try to up work into assignments.
Often students receive a message saying "a like file already exists" when they are uploading photos of their work.
Any idea why this is happening? Is it the file name that needs changing?

Thanks for the replyIf they are uploading photos from their phones then the files should have different file names surely?
