Microsoft Team Crashes on launch help

Good day everyone,

Anytime I startup Microsoft Teams, It will say loading and then it freezes, then it will say not responding, then it will say the there was a glitch.

Here are the solutions i tried to fix the issue:

- Uninstall and Reinstalled MS Teams

- Did a quick and online repair for Office 365

- Deleted the Teams folder and restarted MS Teams

- Deleted the Cache - though some of the folders where missing

- Deleted all the credential saved in the Credential manager

- Rebooted the computer multiple times

I am all out of ideas, if there is anyone who can lend a hand or point me to right the direction please let me know. Thank you
