UAE always has VoiP issues with all platforms for the most part from my experience. Probably a combination of connectivity and government regulations etc.

What about my two quires. Is there way to fix the one-way audio issue and synchronization error while connecting the meeting.

Microsoft Team web version was unpredictable, sometimes users have experienced the one way audio issue. Particularly people who are joining the meeting, host able to hear the voice, but the guest unable to hear the host voice. I observed the issue with the network version of teams.
Sometimes a team owner unable to add the new team member.
