Making and receiving calls
Hello! Is it somehow possible to restrict users to make private calls and allow them to receive private calls? For example policy for students - they cannot initiate private call themselves, but...
Yes this can be arranged.

If we disable/enable "User can make private calls", then both receiving and making class will be enabled/disabled.
As far as I know it is not possible to restrict MAKING calls while allowing RECEIVING calls.
