Make a test call contiues to ring
I am trying to test headphones to order for staff who sit in open cubicles. When I go to 'Make a test call' to check out the sound quality of the microphone, I do not get an option to answer the call...
I've still got this same issue almost a year later. Did you ever find a fix?
- Try logging a case with MS 365 support. I believe its a tenant issue but not cannot say that for sure
