Make a test call contiues to ring
I am trying to test headphones to order for staff who sit in open cubicles. When I go to 'Make a test call' to check out the sound quality of the microphone, I do not get an option to answer the call...
I've had the same issue any time I've done a test call. I have to exit Teams to get it to stop.
RayGentry I found if I make another test call it starts with the voice and I press the hang-up button and the ringing stops.
- What I see when making the test call is the Echo user app with a strange icon and a small info panel stating it was created by email address removed for privacy reasons, and that it can send and receive instant messages. The UI then flicks between showing the user and a blank screen until the call ends after 28 seconds. I do not hear any prompt to record a short message for playback like it used to do, and even talking during the period I think it would be recording does nothing. This is on Windows 11 Home 21H2.
Yeah not much has changed. Flickering screen and no prompt to start message. But at least it sort of works now. Behaviour is the same on my own PC WIn Home 11 and my work PC Win Pro 11.

- I haven't seen anything. Haven't tried one in a minute though. But I'm guessing if you're asking that it's still happening 😕
