Major Log-in issues with teams

I've tried to call MS several times only to get the run around and disconnected. 

I have a small business (under 5 employees) so I use MS Family.. We also use FREE MS Teams.. 

When I go to log into the teams app or online it does nothing but spin.. When it stops spinning it says I don't have access to the account I created. It then gives me account options to sign into for accounts that look similar to my account but it's not my account at all. 

The account I setup is: TH Zurich Representatives, Inc.

When the spinning stops the dropdown box give me the option to sign in to: zurichreps.com (I did not set that up) or T H Zurich Representatives, Inc.,  I did not set that one up either! There is no space in T&H so why is that company option even showing up!?
