Lost files in teams
Hi We are unable to access our files in the free microsoft teams version. I have viewed incognito but receive the same issue. Can anyone please offer any advice.
Can you elaborate a little bit, are the files in a channel and you get an error clicking files or what is going on? Depending on the issue, if the client just can't open or get to them you might be able to find the URL for the SHarePoint site tied to the Team and access the files directly bypassing the Teams client issue, but please elaborate a bit about the issue, thanks.
