Someone has already set up teams for your organization
Ask your administrator to set up teams for you, or set up another organization in teams with a different e-mail address.

GeorgP375 In case you want another resource but Vasil is right - this topic shows up a lot in this forum so you could do a search for past posts with the same issue.
