Live Event Roles not sticking
Hello All,
I have set up several Live Events and assigned producer or presenter roles to individuals. When I edit the Live Event to add more presenters, several of the already invited users are showing unknown for their role. In order to save the edits to the Live Event, I must reassign the role to the users. This is not happening to all users just select users. It appears to be the same users that have the issue each time I edit a Live Event. Has anyone else run into this issue? Anyone found a fix?

- I recently experienced this same issue and had to scramble at time for a Live Event to kick off to correct. Would like to see a response from Microsoft on this.
