Jira with Teams

I'll ask your forgiveness if there is a more appropriate forum for this discussion. My company is adopting Jira at the same time they're adopting M365, and I noticed the Jira Cloud app that could be added to a Teams channel. I've added it, but it doesn't seem to have much functionality beyond displaying a list of tasks, and I wanted to ask if anyone has had any experience with that and what it's been like for them.
