Issues Uploading File to Teams Chat

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I am trying to upload a excel file to my team meeting chat. I keep getting a File upload failed message. I've done this several times before i dont know why its not working now. I have restarted my computer already.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
