issues installing bulletins

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to install the Bulletins app on the general channel of a Team and it shows the error message I attached. I have already deleted the tab and tried to install back, but it always shows the same message. It's weird because I succeed to install it on another team!

Also, do you know if all the members of the team have access the the "Manage bulletins" tab or only the Team's owner ?
