Island Federation

In Island mode can I change my DNS record for federation to enable users on Teams to federate?

 

I'm not read to move all users off Skype yet as I'm using that as a softphone.

    In Island mode your client for federation will be the Skype client. That is one of the reasons not to use Islands mode.
