Is it possible to automatically activate channel notifications for all members of a Channel/Team?

We have an IT Department team with a "Downtime Information" channel. It would be great if the notifications are automatically sent to all members without having to include the "@Information Technology" mention in every message.

The messages are being sent to the mail addy of the channel. So it's not possible to mention the channel oder team automatically 😞
