Internal Teams account used as Guest account (other company) at the same time?
User 1: Organisation 1 hast Office365 accounts and some internal Teams (one named Contoso). User 2: Organisation 2 hast Office365 accounts and some internal Teams and will be Guest at Organisation 1...

You shouldn't actually have to log into any other account as User2, it should switch by using the tenant picker in the top right corner if setup correctly. However as Vasil said, you cannot be in multiple tenants / notifications on the single account yet and must tenant switch to access Teams in other organizations or you can use the client as User 2 in org 2, and use a browser to access teams.microsoft.com and login as user2, then tenant switch in the browser and you will be able to access both tenants at the same time.
Other tools also allow this such as Franz meetfranz.com that will allow you to log in with multiple accounts. You can also use multiple browser profiles if you do in fact have two separate identities.
