Internal Teams account used as Guest account (other company) at the same time?
User 1: Organisation 1 hast Office365 accounts and some internal Teams (one named Contoso). User 2: Organisation 2 hast Office365 accounts and some internal Teams and will be Guest at Organisation 1...
That's a commonly requested feature, but for the moment you need to switch tenants. Go vote it up on UserVoice.
