Information sessions with Teams Calendar

Hi,

 

Could you help me to know if my problem can be solved with Teams ?

 

I want to organize information sessions, these sessions have different date and time, but I just want to send only one invitation. Then the attendees can pick up their favorite meeting in this list.

    philippe_bavard If all the meetings are going to be on your calendar, you could use Bookings. You can add Booking to your Teams client as an app. I would make one service profile for each session. This would allow the user to pick the session they want to go to. And you only need to send one email to all the uses with the Bookings page link and explain the process for signup.
