Incorrect Tenant ID being sent in request link

I wondered if someone could help with this.   I am currently logging into my laptop with a personal email address, but once into Windows, all the Microsoft Office Licences/logins are for my company.   These are not the actual emails, but I am using them for illustrative purposes.

Personal email : mailto:Fred@outlook.com      Work email : mailto:Fred@companyname.com    When another company tries to add me to their teams site, but sending an invite to mailto:Fred@companyname.com The request comes, I can click on the link and even see it in my company teams, but then when I try to navigate to it it takes me through a login and then says not authorised.    I note from the tenant ID on the link, it is the one for my Personal Email, even though the request was sent specifically to my work email.

Does anyone know why the wrong tenant id is being selected and how to address it?
