Incoming Call --> Launch URL

Hello,

 

I have a simple Requirement:

  1. Incoming Call in Teams --> Popup shows up
  2. External URL can be launched over Button-Click or similar (Incoming Phone-Number can be placed in URL)

I know there is a similar Discussion dating back to June 17, 2020, but no Response replied.

 

Is this Requirement possible to implement? Other Phone-Platforms offer this feature out of the box.

    Hi Daprodigy 

    You can use Teams Wizard for this, at least on a Windows computer. Since a few weeks, executing actions (run command line or open URL) on incoming call event is working. Find all information here https://www.lyncwizard.com/products.html#TeamsWizard .

    I cannot belive nobody can answer this question ... this is such a common requirement,
