I can't change background pic in MS Teams

I use HP ProBook Core i3, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10.   I have installed MS Team. I am not able to change the background pic.    There is no option to change pic when I press the 3 dots (...).   Pls....

It's quite proable you don't see the option because the CPU of your PC does not support AVX2
