I cannot switch back to my guest account after switching to my primary account

Sam Cosby It is fixed now! Root cause was my external account within my client's AD has some issues. When I restarted my laptop everything is okay now. Thanks!

Sonny0923, does the same behavior occur from both the web & desktop clients? It could possibly be the amount of time in between they added you.
