Huge lag in outgoing sound in Teams for Linux

Hi

I have installed Teams on Ubuntu. But there is a huge outgoing sound lag. This will not happen on the same network and same conference if connecting through windows. Is there a fix for this?

Zoom and Facebook are working in video conferencing well, just Microsoft Teams gives me a delay in sound too.
I have a fresh Ubuntu installation, just bought a Microsoft webcam and the delay of more then a second remains.
I will have to use my Android tablet, such a fail. I will return the Microsoft webcam as well.
In the webcam description was also mentioned a webcam microphone. I thought I could avoid the delay by that. But there is nothing!
  • Close other applications to avoid conflicts.
    Update audio drivers and firmware.
Check if the audio and video settings are correct in Teams client.

The issue also exists for me. Huge lag up to around 10 seconds. It is consistent per session, but can vary greatly inbetween. It makes it kinda unusable on Linux/Ubuntu.

LucaHeinen Did you ever get this issue sorted, I seem to have just started experiencing this?

Never had it before, Sometimes doesn't seem an issue other times its really bad

      Cheers
