How to silence the activity feed?
How do I silence the activity feed in Teams? It provides nothing of value, but I can't find a way to get it stop notifying me of pointless things, like someone giving a thumbs up to a post somewhere...

MicrosoftThe linked page does not explain how to disable the "Activity" feature, only how to disable notifications, which is a different thing, so this is not a solution. I still want notification, I just don't want the "Activity" feature.
A solution would be a brief explanation on how to do disable the Activity feature with a link to the page that has more details.
Teams currently does not allow you to disable this feature, so any solution proposed would be a partial work-around at best.
