Hello Tomi Aaltonen,
to remove these entries from the cache, the following folders should be deleted:
%LocalAppData%\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe
%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\OneAuth
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\TokenBroker
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\IdentityCache

We have the exact same problem. Each time I will delete the guest user from our Entra ID and then from deleted users. And still Teams will dig up the old address from some where. Deleting Teams local cache makes absolutely no difference. Not even if I logon to a computer I have never logged in before. Not Incognito/private mode with web browser. Nothing.
Sometimes it will take a few minutes and it stops suggesting the old address. In other cases it will take days. This is extremely frustrating. Is there absolutely no way around this? We need to just keep trying to enter the Guest until Teams randomly stops suggesting the old address.
I would welcome any solution for this issue. Powershell, etc.
