How to get 'declined' notifications to an event created in a Teams channel
I created an event in a Teams channels and invited several attendees. The main speaker declined the event when they became unavailable and asked to rearrange. However, there was no notification for this. Where do these replies go? It was rather embarrassing!

I tested this, and I found the declined notification email in Deleted Items in the 365 Group's mailbox.- And of course, you can also see the replies in the calendar item of the 365 group calendar
