How to add the Forms App into a team meeting chat?

Hi! During a meeting I want to be able to start a survey. I know that is possible in a normal chat / Team channel. But I dont know how to add the forms app in

Would be nice if we could select already created Forms as well.

  Credmontgo I agree. This would be an amazing feature to use the tool more efficiently!
