Hide bar at top of teams sharing
- Mar 21, 2022
rayted22 I'm not aware of any way to disable it. It's generally needed is you end up giving control to other people.
There is a thread on the feedback portal where you can vote for this issue to be looked at. Please do so.

Sharing screen warining in the new Teams. · Community (microsoft.com)
MS closed that thread at 57 votes & it looks to be locked (the comment, upvote, etc icons are greyed out).
There is an "Official MS Response" that it has been moved to a "feedback collection" (a collection of similar topics, b/c there were duplicate requests for the same thing). Some of the additional feedback portal links I posted here are also part of that collection now too.
That collection currently only has 111 votes (but upvotes & comments are NOT greyed out) & an official MS response of "We hear you":
There are also several other threads on the sharing bar in that feedback portal which have NOT yet been incorporated into that feedback collection.
These and the feedback collection can be upvoted by those of you with a Commercial or MSA (MicroSoft Account, formerly Windowsa Live...aka a personal account). - Star-DNov 13, 2023Steel ContributorYou can only log into any of the MS "feedbackportal" URLs with a MSA (personal) account or commercial account, though. So if you try to login with a GCC email, it won't let you, and you can't upvote.
