Help needed: a few students cannot submit their quiz in FORMS

Hi!

I have experienced this issue a few times now: I post a link for a quiz and my students do it (they love it) and then some say that they could not submit  the quiz, in fact they did screenshots and even screen recordings to prove it. The button simply did not respond.  Has anyone experienced the same and found a solution?
