Guest cant access teams on windows app and ios

Hello, I am giving to my customer an guest access on specific team but he can’t have access of that either from windows app or iOS app. Only from teams online. Actually from windows app and iOS he doesn’t have teams as an option on his menu. He use outlook non business account.
