Guest Access Windows notifications from the web client
We have been using Teams for a few years. Guest users had been accessing fine until just a few weeks ago. Something seems to have changed, and I don't know what. The Team in charge of Teams wants our guests to use web based version. Our partners indicate that they do not receive notifications if they are not logged into the Teams desktop app. I confirmed that I can get access.
But maybe guest access notifications from a browser no longer works? Or some setting must be turned on?
Any help would be very much appreciated.

- I know it's not much help, but my browser has been alerting me for two different tenants and ccounts via Windows Notification center via web client as guests in both.
- I mean, make sure "Focus Assist" isn't on etc. would be first thing I would check, but also that the browser has notifications turned on for that site etc.
