I am also experiencing this. It seems quite random - series of the same meeting don't all have AI notes. Transcription and recording is on for all meetings. I've also found that for some meetings, AI notes at don't appear in the (new) teams desktop client, but do appear when using teams online accessed via http://www.office.com
