Forward CLI when diverting to external number (Direct Routing)
The setup is direct routing to MS Teams. We have an option on an auto attendant which forwrds calls to an external number. This works fine but the number that appears as CLI is the companies number....

Do we have a customized CallerID manipulation configured into the Teams Tenant? Can you check if that is getting applied to the Auto Attendant as well?
