Follow up chats
Is it possible to mark a chat for follow up on a specific date/time?
As of now, I an only think of making the chat unread.
Pierce0071975 Hello, as far as I know it's not possible today. So besides of making it unread you can pin the chat for easy access. Did a search at UserVoice and there are already a couple of requests for this. You can vote on this one (most votes) to push it up and also stay updated when status changes.
