Hi MS Teams Community,

 

I wonder if you can help. I recently added an external Person to have a private chat and it would appear that they were automatically added to the General Teams Channel by default. Thye could instantly see the trail of company-specific information. Can you please explain how this happened and how to stop it in future, please?

    Somehow this user must have been added as a guest in this team. Just using external chat grant them no access to any team
