external guest does not enable chat
Hello, when I invite external people to a meeting, without having to register a team account, the chat option is not enabled
Has guest access to chat been enabled on your tenant?

- yes, it is activated.
It only happens when the person enters the link without logging in to teams, it is as if they were anonymous.- Has this always been the case? Anecdotally, I heard someone else having a similar issue and this was not the case until two days ago. I do know there was a teams update (specifically background effects and end call). So, I am wondering if something else has changed.
