exam release

Hi every one

I need a help urgent,

40 of my faculty conducted exam out 6 faculty said their exam did not appear to student at the posted time.  it appear after 10 to 15 min from the post time.  it was really a panic situation to day we had .   exam in showing scheduled not changing it status, but notification came but unable to see exam by students ,  a big mess.   why this happens,  please tell us the solution.   we have this entire week exams,  after three weeks we have final exams  this will be big problem for us now.   

please help its little urgent /  how to fix this
