Error on teams channel - PowerPoint upload
Hello,
A member of staff came to me for advice, as when another member of staff uploaded a powerpoint presentation to a channel, it provides the below error code when clicked on to view / play.
I have tried re-uploading from my end, and from the other staff member - but it still shows this error.
Might be a small thing I'm missing, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
TLDR: Why is TEAMS showing this error when we try to view an uploaded PowerPoint presentation.
