Entries on Conversations tab display as solid gray placeholder bars
Here's what I'm encountering. I'm curious why this is happening. And can these entries be recovered? Older entries are grayed out. Any ideas?
I always try to pop to web client when searching for things. Seems to function better. So,liar to searching old content I’m Outlook and using OWA. But as Vasil said this is a pain point that does need fixed.
