Empty conference bridges list

Dear All,

we tried a trial license of the Audio conference and it worked great. We purchased licenses and when we tried to change the default number and audio language under conference bridges, the list was empty although with the trial license we had a full list of the countries. trying to add the number didn't help.

any idea?
