Downloading Copies of Documents
Hi, is there a way we can stop people downloading documents from Teams where the machine is not domain joined?
We would like staff to download Teams onto their own devices, and be allowed to view and edit documents in Teams.
But not allow them to download the documents which are save in Teams

Hi, you can use Conditional Access policies and application control in conjunction with Cloud App Security to achieve this.
Only downside to this is that you will need M365 E5 licences or some combination of licensing that gets you Azure AD Premium P1, and MCAS. Also Teams is only in preview mode at the moment for CAS.
