Disable automatic generation of OneNote when clicking on "Notes" Tab in Teams

Unfortunately, this is not a solution.
I have crated a team "test_team_20082024". Then I have removed the notes tab..
After that I clicked on the + Icon to add oneNote and noticed that there is already a OneNote Notebook even though I have not clicked on the notes Tab.
