Dialpad location

Do you have any example pictures? If it is the dial pad in the Calls app in Teams it should be located to the left, next to the the apps menu.
Yes i do. The first picture is where the dialpad is at the bottom the second at the top.

The first picture is the old calling app, the second one is the new one. Both users should have the new one, since it seams like it is rolled out to your tenant. Could it be that the user with the new calling app have the public preview feature activated?
