You can use cross channel posting to get a message out to all teams you’re a member of but conversational wise between Teams, you can’t! What you can do is to create group chats with the members of those teams

adam deltinger thanks for the reply. So you mean they would have to create a group chat and individually put the names of each person they wish to chat to. They can't select the private group name to pick everyone up.
